Senior Engineering Specialist AI

- Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Specialist – AI with 7–10 years of

experience in software engineering, automation, and AI enablement. The ideal

candidate should have a robust background in software delivery and proven

experience leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity, automate workflows,

and accelerate software delivery.

- Key Skills

- 7–10 years of experience in software engineering.

- Strong experience in software automation with expertise in ONE of the following:

- UI Automation – Selenium, Playwright, or similar using Java/JavaScript.

- Performance Engineering – JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.

- Hands-on experience applying AI across the software engineering lifecycle,

including requirement analysis, scenario generation, automation development,

code generation, data generation, impact analysis, defect analysis, and engineering

insights.

- Experience identifying engineering use cases for AI and developing AI





agents/workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Good understanding of Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Key Responsibilities

- Identify opportunities to leverage AI across engineering workflows.

- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve engineering

productivity and software delivery.

- Build AI agents and reusable workflows for engineering use cases.

- Develop and maintain automation solutions or performance engineering assets

based on areas of specialization.• Collaborate with Product, Development, Platform, and Engineering teams to drive

AI adoption.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions.

- Mentor engineers and promote AI-first engineering practices across teams.
