Job Title: Senior Accountant

Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 6+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, payroll-related compliances, and hands-on experience with Tally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, SAP B1.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
- Calculate, deduct, and file TDS returns.
- Handle statutory compliances including Employee Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employees' State Insurance (ESIC).
- Ensure timely payment and filing of all statutory dues and returns.
- Process vendor payments, customer receipts, invoices, and journal entries.




- Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer account reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and ESIC compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

- Experience in handling payroll-related statutory compliance and audits.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days preferred.
