Cluster Management - He/She is responsible for

end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of aggregation, sales,

delivery, and plant operations across assigned Biomass Banks. The role

ensures alignment between sales forecasts, aggregation readiness,

equipment availability, delivery efficiency, quality compliance, and

commercial governance to achieve predictable supply, cost control,

and operational excellence.

What Key Tasks will be involved?

1. Aggregation Planning & Readiness

- Prepare aggregation plan for each Biomass Bank aligned with

sales and purchase requirements.

- Conduct Agri-region readiness reviews ensuring availability

and preparedness of:

- Farmers and FPOs
- Aggregators
- Tractors, trolleys and field resources
- Develop and maintain a 12-week rolling aggregation plan

(Biomass, FOM & Other Bio Products)

2. Equipment & Delivery Planning

- Plan and monitor collection targets (PT/MT) and track vs

actual delivery

- Identify deviations and update the next days plan to address

gaps

- Ensure active equipment availability at each location in line

with aggregation and sales plans

- Develop and manage:
- Delivery movement plans (Tractor-Trolley, EV vehicles)
- Equipment deployment plans (Trolley, Loader, Baler etc.)
- Track equipment deployment and utilization against plan
- Prepare and monitor the FOB delivery schedule to optimize

vehicle utilization and keep CPK within budget

3. Equipment & Delivery Planning

- Oversee platform operations related to aggregation, deliveries,

and documentation.

- Ensure timely invoice uploads on customer portals and

conduct regular reviews

- Release weekly aggregation and delivery reports
- Conduct fortnightly reviews with teams and coordinate with

Finance teams for closure

5. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;)

- Own the sales plan for all Bio Products
- Annual plan broken down into monthly and weekly targets
- Prepare operations plan aligned with approved sales plan
- Drive alignment between sales demand, aggregation capacity,

equipment availability, and delivery plans

- Monitor execution quality and provide corrective guidance

where required

Operations

This role drives the chance to own end-to-end sales & operations

planning across a multi-location biomass ecosystem. The Cluster

Manager will play a critical role in translating sales demand into

predictable, cost-efficient supply by driving aggregation readiness,

equipment utilization, delivery excellence, and quality compliance,

while working closely with rural partners, sales teams, and platform

operations to scale sustainable bio-products.
