Job Summary

As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with enterprise customers, understanding business challenges, supporting solution consulting activities, and coordinating with solution experts throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to build expertise in Enterprise Technologies, Solution Consulting, Business Development, and Digital Transformation while working directly with experienced industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Customer Engagement

- Research and identify prospective enterprise customers across multiple industries.
- Identify key business decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, HR Heads, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, and Business Leaders.
- Generate qualified business opportunities through market research, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and customer outreach.
- Schedule customer meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective customers.

Solution Consulting Support

- Understand customer business challenges and technology requirements.
- Participate in customer discovery and requirement gathering sessions.
- Coordinate with enterprise solution consultants during customer engagements.
- Support solution demonstrations and capability presentations.
- Assist in preparing customer proposals, presentations, and business documents.
- Document customer discussions and maintain accurate meeting records.

Educational Qualification

- MCA
- BCA
- MBA (Marketing / Information Technology / Business Analytics)
