Job Summary

CharanVandan Foundation is looking for a CSR Fundraiser & Social Welfare Executive to identify CSR funding opportunities and bring in new social welfare projects. The ideal candidate will build relationships with companies, NGOs, and donors to secure funding and support the foundation's mission.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach companies for CSR funding opportunities.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, NGOs, and donors.

* Prepare and submit CSR proposals and presentations.

* Bring in current CSR projects and funding opportunities.

* Coordinate social welfare initiatives and support project execution.

* Track project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

* 2-5 years of experience in CSR fundraising, NGO partnerships, business development, or social welfare.

* Good communication, presentation, and networking skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets.
