ABOUT THE ROLE
At Vutto, we're building India's most trusted brand in pre-owned bikes. Were growing fast and expanding our direct-from-customer procurement model — and we need sharp, detail-oriented sales professional to onboard used bike dealers across Delhi region. If you’ve worked with bikes, know your way around an engine, and want to be part of a fast-paced, high-performance team — this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Greet customers and understand vehicle issues or service requirements
- Prepare job cards with accurate details of complaints and required work
- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair
- Keep customers informed about service progress and delays
- Upsell additional services, accessories, or maintenance packages
- Conduct final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Explain work done and charges to customers clearly
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
KEY REQUIREMENT
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Good technical knowledge of two-wheelers
- Problem-solving and coordination ability
- Sales and upselling skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced environment
