- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with unions, workmen and employee
representatives.
- Lead collective bargaining, wage settlements and productivity-linked agreements.
- Handle industrial disputes, grievance redressal and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage contractor labour compliance and workforce deployment.
- Liaise with Labour Department and other government authorities.
- Support Plant HR initiatives, employee engagement and productivity improvement.
- Maintain statutory records, compliance documentation and audit readiness.

- Zero production loss due to industrial unrest.
- 100% statutory compliance.
- Timely closure of employee grievances.
- Reduction in disciplinary cases and absenteeism.
- Zero statutory penalties.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in HR or Personnel Management. Master's in Labour Welfare/Industrial
Relations preferred. LLB is an added advantage.
Experience
1215 years in Industrial Relations and Plant HR, including at least 5 years in a leadership
role within manufacturing. Textile industry experience preferred.
