Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of wind turbines, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in WTG systems, SCADA, power electronics, gearboxes, generators, and pitch/yaw systems
- Ensure maximum turbine availability and energy generation by minimizing downtime
- Monitor turbine performance using SCADA systems and analyze alarms, faults, and trends
- Execute maintenance schedules as per OEM guidelines and statutory requirements
- Coordinate with OEM service teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders for major repairs and breakdowns
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) policies, LOTO procedures, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, checklists, and inventory records
- Support commissioning, retrofits, upgrades,



and root cause analysis (RCA) activities
- Assist in spares planning, tool management, and cost optimization
- Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Technical Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of wind turbine technology and components
- Knowledge of electrical systems (HT/LT), power evacuation, substations, and grid connectivity
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and protection systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and technical manuals
- Experience in fault diagnosis, RCA, and reliability improvement
- Hands-on experience in wind farm operations and maintenance is preferred
