1. To dispense medicine as per patient prescription
2. To handle stock & sales promotion
3. Responsible to maintain all relevant Records/Register/ File documents as per requirement
4. To prepare PO, GRN and other billing details as per the requirement
5. Responsible for all inventory, stock available in the pharmacy
6. To do home delivery and submit the report regularly to Pharmacy HOD / HR Department
7. To isolate the near expiry drugs and update the same on the system
8. To maintain a minimum stock re-order level in the pharmacy
9. To meet the assigned targets on a monthly basis as set by the management from time to time
10. To do stock audit once in 15 days and sent the report to regularly to Pharmacy HOD
11. To purchase stock and sell the drugs mentioned in the drug formulary related to the molecules mentioned in the formulary. Any other branded drugs for the molecules mentioned in the formulary should be returned back to the supplier immediately and also link it to proper accounting with accounts department.
In case the Consultant requires any other current drugs request the consultant to give a new drug requisition to our CMD who will look into this
12. You will be solely responsible for any kind of stock discrepancy and any discrepancy amount will be claimed from you
13. You will always follow the rules and regulations of guide lines from Drug control authority from Karnataka Government rules implementation from time to time
14. You will be solely responsible for any kind of Expiry Drug discrepancy
15. Responsible to maintain all relevant records / registers / files documents as per requirements and ensure it is kept in a safe custody and retrieved as and when required.
You will also carry out any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
