The ideal candidate will promote rooftop solar solutions, generate leads, meet prospective customers, and support the sales process from inquiry to order confirmation. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and digital inquiries.
- Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Explain the benefits and features of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
- Prepare and present quotations to prospective customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM or sales reports regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on solar products, government subsidies, and industry trends.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline (Engineering graduates preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
