To manage the day to day activities of Level 1 Fertility Centre and report to the main center.
Provide high quality medical care to the patients in fertility, obstetrics and gynecological issues on daily basis.
To be familiar with gynecological scans including follicular study and conduct ultrasound scans to the patients on daily basis.
Must be familiar in conducting IUI procedure.
To comply with the requirements of Level 1 Clinic under appropriate authority.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for complex cases.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, diagnoses, and treatments as per NABH requirements.
Follows organization policies and protocol at all times and seek and provide inputs, as and when required.
Assisting the consultants in conducting surgeries, Egg Collection and Embryo Transfer and performing the same, as and when required.
Reporting the day to day operations and Environmental issues to the management.
Maintaining a harmonious relationship with referring doctors and other health care professionals and keeping them in loop all the time.
This job in addition to the medical skills also requires good management skills. Apart from that the individual needs to upgrade her knowledge and skills in the area of fertility and maternity on regular basis. Needs to be a good communicator and maintain high level of ethics and integrity.
Preferred candidate profile
MD/MS/DNB/DGO
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in the relevant field.
Hands on knowledge of gynecological scans are required.
Must be registered under Telangana Medical Council with latest degree.
Perks and benefits
This job will be on commission basis and on fixed term contract for 5 years and renewable. We may a guarantee a fixed monthly pay for the initial three months who requires some training in fertility and ultrasound.
