We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Engineer to manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical utility systems in a Pharma/Chemical plant. The candidate should have solid hands-on experience in utility equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and compliance with GMP and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain all plant utility systems for uninterrupted production.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot utility equipment and minimize downtime.
- Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and equipment reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records, SOPs, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production, QA, EHS, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Supervise technicians and support plant shutdown and commissioning activities.
