Summary:As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an Genesys Cloud CX SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met- Implement best practices for application development Professional & Technical

Skills:
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX- Solid understanding of cloud-based application development- Experience with API integration and development- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for software development- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices- Mandatory Skills1. Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX Development & Configuration2. API Integration and Cloud Application Development3. Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills- Good To Have Skills1. Experience Leading Multi-Team Collaboration2. Agile Development & DevOps Practices3. Genesys Cloud Architect Certification

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 to 9 years with Min 4 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
