About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and HR operations. It is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or MBA HR students looking to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.




- Assist the HR team with documentation and other HR activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree or MBA (HR) pursuing or completed.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

- Attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
