About the Role

Auro Power Transmission Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Transmission Line & Substation Projects team at Dharwad, Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in execution, supervision, and coordination of transmission line and substation projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the execution of Transmission Line and Substation projects.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor site activities, including foundation, erection, stringing, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.




- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations at project sites.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate inspections and facilitate project handover documentation.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in Transmission Line and Substation projects.
- Experience in 132 kV/220 kV Transmission Lines and Substations will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of project execution, quality control, safety practices, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
