Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant with 23 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime/ERP, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while supporting routine office accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Maintain customer and vendor account records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and update cash/bank books.
- Prepare daily and monthly accounting reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.




- Handle routine email communication related to accounts, invoices, and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related activities.
- Assist in preparing reports required by management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
- Additional accounting certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

- 23 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Experience using Tally Prime/ERP is mandatory.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data management, reports, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Robust communication skills for professional email correspondence.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
