- Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct zero-based costing calculations to optimize product pricing and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the NPD process.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in plastic injection molding industry with expertise in component development, part development, and product development.
- Robust understanding of plastic &rubber; compounding formulation for various applications.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) for designing complex parts.
