Job Title: Safety Officer Wind Energy

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification (Mandatory):

- ADIS (MSBTE)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech (Electrical)
- Industry: Wind Energy / Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, Work at Height, Electrical Safety, and PPE compliance.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks (TBT), and awareness training for employees and contractors.
- Perform Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor lifting operations, crane activities,



hot work, and confined space entry.
- Ensure emergency preparedness, first aid arrangements, and mock drills.
- Maintain HSE records, permits, inspection reports, training records, and incident documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to achieve HSE objectives.
- Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement at project sites.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in wind turbine installation, commissioning, or O&M; projects.
- Solid knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
