N n Designation: Manager/ Senior Manager- Internal Audit
N n Qualification: CA
N n Exp: Minimum 4 Years
N n Work Location: Mumbai
N nPerform audit of various repairing project of the firm and promoters. This includes audit of procurement, ongoing repairing, vendor payments, direct and indirect tax compliances;
etc...
nPerform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
NDetermine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
NCapable to handle Internal Audit of Support Departments (Like HR Audit, Information Technology Audit, Admin Audit, Fixed Asset audit Etc.) and to perform audit of various processes like Time booking, Billing, Accounts, Payroll etc.
NPreparing reports to highlight issues and problems and distributing the reports to the relevant people
NAssessing how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and informing management whether any issues need addressing
NIdentify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
NMaintain open communication with management and audit committee
NConduct follow up audits to monitor management's interventions
N n TECHNICAL/JOB RELATED SKILLS (MUST HAVE)
NProven working experienceas Internal Auditor
NAbility to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
NProven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
NHigh attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
NSound independent judgement
NGood in Communication andInter-personnel skills
NGood computer proficiencyfor ERP, Tally, Excel database
