- Provide timely, high quality client service as part of the client engagement teams serving large and small companies in a variety of industries. N
- Develop strong working relationships while working closely with teams to understand and solve clients' complex businesses and challenges. N
- Understanding clients' needs and expectations, their business and industry, accounting and control systems, employees, company values and industry-related GAAP and GAAS issues N
- Developing and demonstrating an understanding of the RSM US audit approach, methodology and tools N
- Performing audit procedures and tests in accordance with the RSM audit methodology based overall audit plan, ensuring proper documentation of work performed. N
- Identifying areas of risk and accounting and auditing issues;
discuss with engagementteams to solve issues that arise. N
- Researching technical accounting issues N
- Developing industry expertise N
- Preparing audit reports, and management letters N
- Exercising professionalskepticism,



judgment and adhere to the code of ethics while on engagements N
- Ensuring that documentation is compliant with quality standards of the firm N
- Working collaborativelyas a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM audit professionals N
- Provide supervision anddevelopment training for associates N
- Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables to ensure service excellence through prompt responses to internal and external clients N
