Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned, high-performing Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, strategic account growth, and revenue generation across public and private sector markets, both domestic and international. This is a senior, high-visibility role for a polished, self-driven professional who can independently own the full business development lifecycle — from opportunity identification and strategic pitching to negotiation, closure, and long-term account stewardship.
NThe ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of enterprise/institutional sales, executive-level client engagement, and the ability to represent the organization confidently in front of senior stakeholders, government bodies, and international partners. This role demands high ownership, sharp commercial judgement, and readiness to travel extensively — nationally and internationally — on an ad-hoc basis.

nStrategic Business Development

- Identify, evaluate, andpursue new business opportunities across government, institutional, and enterprise segments, both within India and international markets.

- Own the end-to-end business development strategy — market mapping, chance qualification, pipeline building, and revenue forecasting.

- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new geographies, verticals, and client segments, including international expansion initiatives.

- Represent the organization at high-level meetings, government/ministerial engagements, industry forums, conferences, and international delegations.
NClient & Stakeholder Relationship Management

- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, senior government officials, institutional decision-makers, and key international stakeholders.

- Act as the primary relations
