N DSR/Merchandiser
N DSR Interview, Selection, Induction




N Motivation of DSR Ensure Healthy Incentive Earning: Incentive Maximization of DSR
N Reviews the respective DSRs and educate them for their Incentive earnings which they losing Brand wise achievements.
N On The Job Training to DSR's: Selling Skills, Product Knowledge, Merchandising, Recent Product Launch
N Merchandisers Management (City - Where it is)
N Raise Earning Potential
N Financial & Commercial Aspects
