NPosition: Chartered Accountants ( Direct Tax )
NDesignation: Executive / Asst Manager

NLocation: CP, Recent Delhi
NQualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory), Only candidates from big 4 and top level tax advisory firm need apply. Only Merit holders in CA exam will be selected. One shall be willing to make carrier in Direct taxation.

NLooking for a big Corporate based out of CP.
NKey Responsibilities:
NDirect tax matters for the assigned region, ensuring 100% statutory compliance in line with applicable Income Tax laws
NDirect tax compliance including Income Tax returns, advance tax, TDS/TCS, and tax audits
NAssist in handling IncomeTax assessments, reassessments, rectification proceedings, and scrutiny cases
NPrepare responses to notices under various sections of the Income Tax Act
NCoordinate with tax consultants, advocates, and auditors for appeals before CIT(A), ITAT,



and higher authorities
NSupport transfer pricing documentation and compliance for inter-company and inter-unit transactions
NSupport tax planning and optimization initiatives within the legal framework
NGuide plant & regional finance teams on tax provisions, TDS compliance, and documentation in alignment with corporate tax policies and governance standards
NTrack changes in tax lawsand advise stakeholders on implications
NKey Skills & Competencies:
NOnly CA need apply
nOnly from Big 4 and worked in Tax or Audits
NCA merit holder preffered.
NStrong knowledge of Indian Income Tax Act, Rules, and litigation procedures
NGood analytical skill forcomplex tax computations and assessments
NAbility to effectively manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
