NOverall, Role:
NThe main objective of therole as Customer Service Representative (CSR) - India is to ensure smooth sales & sales related operations for power tools business in India. Some of the key performance indicators for this role will be internal & external customer satisfaction, strict compliance to internal policies, efficiency & out logistic management, timely order & invoice generation.
NJob Responsibilities:

- Process and book customer orders in SAP & Tally.
N
- Release POs to overseasplants and local vendors as per approved quotations.
N
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and overseas plants for order execution and delivery commitments.




N
- Monitor order backlog and follow up for timely material availability and dispatch.
N
- Prepare and process customer invoices in SAP & Tally.
N
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and CHA for shipment movement and customs clearance.
N
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery (OTD) to customers.
N
- Handle customer inquiries and provide regular updates on order and shipment status.
N
- Prepare and maintain Order, Sales, Backlog, and Shipment MIS reports.
N
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance with internal controls, and support audit requirements.
NCritical Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Min 2~3 years of experience, preferably in Industrial business or manufacturing company

- Knowledge & experience to work on Tally is must & SAP software is a plus
N
- Preferable to have Knowledge in Freight Forwarder &
