Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Implementation Executive to support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The candidate will work closely with business users, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to streamline production planning, quality processes, and system integration while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in end-to-end SAP PP/QM implementation and rollout projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements and best practices.
- Coordinate with implementation partners during blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
- Perform master data validation, migration, and system integration with MM, SD, PM, and FI/CO modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support defect resolution.
- Develop user manuals, SOPs, and process documentation.




- Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues within SAP.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SAP PP and QM modules.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
- Knowledge of production planning, MRP, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
- Good understanding of Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
- Experience in SAP master data management.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, PM, and FI/CO modules.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

- SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
- Exposure to Agile or SAP Activate methodology.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in process optimization and business transformation initiatives.
