We're a quick-growing clinic-first dermatology & cosmeceutical startup, with two ranges, DERMAIN and Bloom, expanding our footprint across key Indian markets. We're looking for Area Business Managers in Bangalore to scale our presence and drive growth in the regions.
Role Overview:
1. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with dermatologists and key clinics across Bangalore
2. Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets for dermatology-focused products
3. Execute field-level strategies to improve doctor engagement, repeat prescriptions, and brand recall
4. Work closely with leadership to align market feedback with product and brand strategy
Experience Requirement:
1. 2-10 years of experience in pharma / dermatology sales
2. Prior dermatology or aesthetic segment experience preferred
3. Strong network with dermatologists in Bangalore/Karnataka is a plus
4. Result-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
