You are an innovative and experienced AI Agentic creator ready to drive the next phase of AI-driven Technical Product Documentation operating model. This role focuses primarily on AI agent creation and automation for documentation workflows.

Your core mission is to create AI agents for release documentation, feature documentation, content optimization, and documentation review, connect those agents with Jira and other tools, and help automate parts of the documentation lifecycle.

Your purview encompasses operating at the intersection of AI agent building, prompt and workflow design, and documentation-oriented automation. The strongest fit will be someone who can translate documentation use cases into practical AI workflows and connect them to tools and operational processes already used by the team.

You have a go-getter attitude and are eager to learn and adapt to a challenging environment. You will work toward the common goal of continuous improvement through AI and automation, while contributing to the team’s success.

Key responsibilities:

- Gather requirements, design and build AI agents to support workflows for release documentation, feature documentation, content optimization projects (Data duplication), and documentation review.
- Create agent prompts, step logic, and workflow patterns to improve drafting, analysis, and documentation generation quality.
- Integrate AI agents with Jira and related tools used in the documentation workflow.




- Support automation of documentation processes including AI drafting, content consolidation, feedback handling, content movement from Jira to CCMS, and publishing workflows.
- Contribute to AI-driven improvements in content quality, such as reducing ambiguity, improving reuse/single sourcing, and supporting content optimization at scale.
- Partner with documentation, engineering, PM, AI, Jira, and platform stakeholders to ensure the agents are usable within real documentation operations.
- Knowledge of the technical writing field and document development life cycle.

What you’ll need to bring to this role...

Mandatory requirements:

- Proven ability to design and deliver working AI agents that generate or assist with drafts for documentation use cases (e.g., release notes, detailed docs, hardware docs, AI content optimization).
- Create AI Agents and develop automation for various documentation activities that improve productivity across documentation operations.
- Experience achieving improved quality and reliability of AI-assisted content, including reducing hallucination/ambiguity risk and ensuring consistency across doc sets.
- Expertise in designing for scalability, reliability, and adaptability.
- Demonstrable experience achieving better integration between documentation workflows and Jira-based initiation, tracking, and automation steps.
- Valuable working knowledge of XML.
- Experience in creating AI agents using different LLMs or workflow automations for knowledge, documentation, or content-heavy environments.
- Experience in designing prompt flows or structured AI workflows for drafting, analysis, review, or content transformation tasks.
- Well-versed in integrating AI workflows into Jira-based operational processes.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across content, engineering, PM, and platform teams.
- Comfort working in an iterative environment where AI quality, output reliability, and operational usability matter as much as raw generation speed.
