Senior Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

About the Role

We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Analyst with experience in OTC Derivatives and Capital Markets Operations. The role involves managing regulatory reporting obligations, reconciliations, controls, issue resolution, process improvements, and compliance with global regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily regulatory reporting activities.
- Monitor controls and identify reporting anomalies.
- Investigate and resolve reporting exceptions.
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
- Support compliance with EMIR, DFA, MiFID, HKMA, MAS and related regulations.
- Participate in audit and regulatory reviews.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.




- Contribute to transformation and change management projects.
- Train and support junior analysts.

Required Skills

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting.
- Robust understanding of OTC Derivatives.
- Knowledge of EMIR, DFA, MiFID, HKMA, MAS regulations.
- Capital Markets operations knowledge.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Stakeholder management capabilities.

Experience

- 3 to 5 years preferred.
- Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets background.
