Role will be focused on UI development, aim to be independently solid across delivery, design quality, and technical leadership:

- Advanced frontend: TypeScript, React (or your team’s framework), state management, performance, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, testing, and secure client-side patterns.
- UI architecture: reusable component systems, design-system ownership, API integration patterns, error/loading states, observability, and scalable frontend project structure.
- Product execution: translate requirements into polished flows, work closely with UX, make sound tradeoffs, and own features end-to-end.
- Quality and leadership: thorough code reviews, mentoring, driving technical proposals, debugging production issues, and improving developer experience.

Basic backend Java knowledge should cover:

- Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, validation, exception handling, authentication/authorization basics, SQL/data modeling, unit/integration testing, and async/concurrency fundamentals.
- Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot backend services—not necessarily own complex distributed-system design yet.
