Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in Heat Treatment in Steel Mill / Open DieForging Industry
TechnicalExpertise:
Heat treatment of alloysteels, heat-resisting steels, high-speed steels, tool die steels,stainless steels, iron nickel-based superalloys.
Operation andcontrol of batch-type furnaces with capacities of 10 MT or more.
KeySkills Competencies:
Good knowledge of heattreatment processes, metallurgy and furnace operations.
Ability to plan, scheduleand execute heat treatment operations effectively.
Experience in managingresources, consumables and shift manpower.
Familiarity with customeraudits, third-party inspections and compliance requirements.
Skilled in preparing,maintaining and auditing documentation.
Proficiency in SAP formaterial tracking and production.
Strong teamwork,communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong focus on safety,quality and continuous improvement in testing processes.
