Job purpose

Technical Product Leader - Agent Fleet is responsible for shaping, scaling, and commercialising Agent Fleet, Acuity's agentic AI platform for enterprise financial services workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of AI product strategy, platform development, client engagement, and sales enablement, with a core focus on demonstrating deep, practical understanding of AI - particularly Generative AI - and communicating that understanding effectively to clients seeking real, production-grade AI implementations.

The role acts as a bridge between Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Client stakeholders, ensuring that Agent Fleet is positioned, built, and delivered as a scalable, enterprise-ready AI platform that drives measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

- Demonstrate a deep, hands-on understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, agentic architectures, and AI-driven workflows, and apply these to enterprise financial services use cases.
- Act as a credible, client-facing AI and product expert, clearly explaining how Agent Fleet works, how AI decisions are made, and how solutions can be safely and effectively deployed at scale.
- Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to support solution positioning, client demos, workshops, and deal shaping - particularly for clients transitioning from AI experimentation to commercial implementation.
- Lead the definition and execution of AI-driven product strategies, with a strong focus on platformisation, reuse, scalability, and monetisation.
- Drive and oversee the integration of AI-based APIs, models, and external platforms into Agent Fleet's product architecture.




- Support commercial negotiations and scope definition, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, delivery effort, and client expectations.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation, innovation, and commercial growth.

Key competencies
- Deep understanding of AI and Generative AI, with the ability to move beyond theory and articulate real-world implementation considerations, trade-offs, and limitations.
- Proven sales and commercial skills, including experience supporting pre-sales, client pitches, solution workshops, and executive-level discussions.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business narratives that resonate with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI-driven products, or workflow automation solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Senior Leadership.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, quick-moving environments, balancing innovation with commercial and delivery realities.
