Experience Required: 8–10 Years in Pharmacy (preferably in hospitals/healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end pharmacy operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure zero stock-outs of critical medicines
Handle vendor management, procurement, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, audits, and quality protocols (NABH)
Drive financial performance, including budgeting, cost control & IND AS compliance
Lead, train,



and motivate pharmacy teams to achieve operational excellence
Enhance patient/customer satisfaction through safe and timely dispensing
