Business Development
- Develop and execute the aerospace business growth strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with global and domestic aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers.
Product Development
- Coordinate joint development projects with customers.
- Work closely with R&D;, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, and Tool Room teams to develop new aerospace products.
- Identify opportunities for high-value-added aluminium extrusion products.

Required Qualifications
- B.Tech. in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgical Engineering.
- MBA (Marketing / International Business / Strategy) preferred.
Experience
- 12-15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Strategic Marketing.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in the aerospace industry or advanced engineering manufacturing.
- Knowledge of aluminium extrusions, precision machining, aerospace components will be added advantage.
