Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies.
- Generate quality B2B leads through SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Manage website content, landing pages, and SEO to improve search rankings and conversions.
- Plan and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Create and manage content calendars, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare MIS reports.
- Improve brand visibility and establish thought leadership in Compliance, Taxation, Payroll, GST, ROC, PF & ESIC services.
- Coordinate with Business Development and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and automation technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- 58 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience in B2B Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Performance Marketing.
- Positive understanding of SEO, SEM, and Website Optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent content planning and brand management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable marketing results.
