Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily production activities of wooden pallets, boxes, crates, cable drums, and customized wooden packaging.
- Plan production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage manpower, machinery, and raw material utilization.
- Control production cost, wastage, and improve productivity.
- Ensure product quality as per customer requirements.
- Manage inventory of timber, plywood, and other materials.
- Understand technical drawings and product specifications.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor production reports, machine performance, and productivity.
- Lead production team and ensure smooth plant operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production,



Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in wooden pallet, wooden box/crate, cable drum, or wood processing manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, costing, inventory, quality control, and manpower management.
