What You'll Do

- Help aspiring students take the next step in their education and career journey by guiding them toward the most suitable online degree programs.
- Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and email to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and learning goals.
- Act as a trusted career advisor by recommending the right programs, including Online MBA, BBA, B.Com, and other industry-relevant courses.
- Build meaningful relationships with students and support them throughout the admission process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Follow up with interested candidates, answer their queries,



and provide personalized guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Share detailed information about program benefits, university credentials, eligibility criteria, scholarships, fees, and admission procedures.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective students while maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with admissions and operations teams to ensure timely application processing and enrollment completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging career opportunities, and university offerings to provide valuable guidance to students.
- Achieve enrollment goals while delivering an exceptional student experience through consultative counseling and relationship-building.
- Participate in regular training sessions, coaching programs, and team discussions to continuously enhance your counseling and sales skills.
