Role Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager with a balanced mix of recent business acquisition (50%) and account farming/growth (50%) .
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in IT Services, capable of acquiring new enterprise customers while also growing existing strategic accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting (50%)
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and converting enterprise clients across BFSI and other key industry verticals.
- Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and strategic outreach.
