Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NWooqer is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of rapid-growing fashion, apparel, and QSR brands across India and the Middle East, many of them founder-led. You will work directly with founders, promoters, and C-suite leaders as they scale from a handful of stores to multi-city, multi-market chains, helping them build the operational discipline that scale demands.
NThis role requires firsthand field experience running multi-store retail/QSR operations. You must bring immediate operational credibility to the room - having walked store floors, managed store managers, enforced SOPs, and driven store productivity yourself. You will move from directly managing stores to helping founders run theirs better.
NWhat You'll Do:
NDrive Operational Excellence: Partner with founders to establish operational discipline, SOP compliance, and audit rhythms across their store networks.
NGuide Network Expansion: Support go-lives as brands open new stores, cities, and Middle East markets,



ensuring execution standards remain consistent as the footprint grows.
NTurn Operational Data into Strategy: Analyze store-level activity, spot where floor execution is slipping, and translate raw data into actionable operational decisions for founders.
NElevate the Value Conversation: Shift discussions from simple task compliance to strategic business management—surfacing insights on store performance, audit readiness, and store-level profitability.
NTurnaround & Retain Accounts: Identify underperforming accounts early, build turnaround plans, and ensure store count expansion translates into expanding platform value.
NWhat You'll Own:
NFounder-Led Account Portfolio: Direct oversight of growing fashion, apparel, and QSR brands across India and the Middle East.
NExecutive & Founder Relationships: High-trust, peer-level relationships with promoters and business leaders backed by your firsthand operational authority.
