Designation: Manager - Investor Relations

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Investor Relations professional to support Affle's engagement with investors, analysts, and the broader financial community. This role offers a unique chance to work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to strategic planning, capital markets, financial communications, ESG initiatives, and corporate development activities within one of India's leading publicly listed technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders in the investment community.

- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations, investor communication materials, financial releases, and earnings calls.

- Coordinate investor meetings, analyst interactions, roadshows, conferences, and other investor engagement activities.

- Track and analyze shareholding patterns, market trends, peer performance, analyst coverage, and investor sentiment.

- Prepare reports and presentations on share price movements, competitive intelligence, and market developments.

- Support the preparation of the Company's Annual Report and other regulatory disclosures.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and present business and financial information for investor communications.





- Contribute to ESG and sustainability reporting initiatives and support ongoing stakeholder engagement efforts.

- Assist in strategic projects, including corporate communications, market research, investment profiling, and other special initiatives as required.

Required Skills Qualifications

- 6-9 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or related finance roles.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, business performance metrics, capital markets, and valuation methodologies.

- MBA/PGDM (Finance) from a Tier 1 institution, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Preference for candidates from Tier 1 institutions (IIMs, ISB, IITs, top global universities, or equivalent premier institutes).

- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial and business information to investors and analysts.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
