Salary

CTC: Up to 6.5 LPA + Attractive Performance Incentives

Are you confident speaking with international customers? Do you have a neutral accent, excellent spoken English, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?

We're looking for highly articulate and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process (US) team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who can confidently engage with US customers while delivering a premium customer experience.

Eligibility

- Undergraduate or Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Domestic or International Voice)
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We're Looking For

- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent
- Fluent conversational English with strong grammar and pronunciation
- Ability to communicate confidently with international customers
- Robust active listening and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
- Comfortable working in US rotational night shifts

Note:



This role requires excellent communication skills suitable for interacting with international (US) customers. Candidates should be comfortable communicating fluently in English throughout the interview and on customer calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls from US customers with professionalism and confidence
- Resolve customer queries related to Adobe products and services
- Deliver accurate, timely, and customer-centric resolutions
- Build positive customer relationships through effective communication
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues whenever required
