Role Overview

The Travel Operations Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of travel arrangements, ensuring smooth coordination of bookings, vendors, itineraries, and guest services for individual and group tours.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute end-to-end operations for FITs, groups, educational tours, and customized travel packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries, service vouchers, rooming lists, movement charts, and travel documents.
- Process and manage bookings for hotels, transport, sightseeing, guides, activities, and other travel services.
- Liaise with hotels, transporters, local partners, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate rates, obtain confirmations, and maintain updated supplier contracts and databases.
- Monitor booking status, release deadlines, payments, and operational timelines.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, transfers, and on-ground logistics.




- Share pre-departure information, travel advisories, and necessary documentation with guests.
- Handle guest queries, special requests, amendments, cancellations, and emergency situations promptly.
- Track tour movements and ensure all services are delivered as per confirmed itineraries.
- Coordinate with internal sales and accounts teams for smooth handover, costing, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare post-tour reports, collect guest feedback, and identify areas for service improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in travel operations or tour coordination preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software/CRM.
- Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and deliver excellent customer service.Role & responsibilities
