Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Working: 5 Days a week

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive who lives and breathes content. If you have a knack for storytelling, love turning tech topics into fun and relatable content, and understand what makes content go viralthis is your sign to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Ideate, script, and produce engaging short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) around coding, tech careers, student life, and trends.

- Scripting Concepts: Develop viral content ideas and storyboards that resonate with Gen Z and tech-interested audiences.

- Platform Growth: Contribute to the growth of our Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Twitter through strategic content planning and experimentation.

- Tech Savvy: Simplify complex tech concepts (coding, AI, careers in tech, etc.) into entertaining content pieces.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, video, and community teams to execute content plans on time.

- Performance Tracking:



Use basic analytics to understand what's working and iterate accordingly.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation and video scripting.

- Proven ability to create fun, relatable, and high-performing content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.

- Understanding of basic coding/tech concepts (so you can speak the language of our audience!).

- Strong copywriting and storytelling skillsespecially for viral scroll-stopping content.

- Comfortable in front of the camera (optional but preferred).

- Up-to-date with internet culture, meme trends, and tech/career content on social.

Valuable to Have:
- Basic video editing or familiarity with tools like CapCut, etc.

- Past experience working in the ed-tech or tech space.

- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.
