Role & responsibilities : The Officer Auto Refinish Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for auto refinish coating products in the assigned territory. The role involves managing dealer networks, developing relationships with body shops, garages, and OEM-authorized workshops, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for auto refinish products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, body shops, garages, and workshops.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers as required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries.




- Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility.
- Collect market intelligence and prepare regular sales reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain effective relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in Auto Refinish Paints, Industrial Coatings, Automotive Aftermarket, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the auto refinish market, body shops, and workshop operations.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
