Rurtech for Arayans LLP (powered by Rurtech.ai) is building technology-led solutions for the agriculture and horticulture sector. We are hiring 3 Managers to lead field operations, farmer engagement, and agri-business execution across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and manage day-to-day agriculture operations for the assigned region/territory
- Build and maintain robust relationships with farmers, FPOs, dealers, and agri-input partners
- Drive adoption of company products/services and technology solutions among farming communities
- Monitor crop cycles, market trends, and ground-level challenges to guide business decisions
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of field executives to achieve business targets
- Prepare periodic reports on operations, sales,
and market feedback for management review
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety norms in the field
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree (Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-Business, or related field preferred)
- Proven experience working in the agriculture/agri-business/horticulture sector
- Strong people-management and team-leadership skills
- Good understanding of farming practices, agri-supply chain, or rural markets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
