Role & responsibilities

- Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials as per company standards.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams for smooth material availability.
- Verify inward materials against purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain inventory records.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about reorder requirements.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the raw material store.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, and company procedures.

- Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum Diploma holder.
- 3-5 years of experience in raw material stores, inventory, or warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG or food processing.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store documentation.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and stock reporting.
- Valuable organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise store operations and coordinate with multiple departments.
