NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development professional to drive new business opportunities and expand our corporate client base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for events, strong networking skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue targets.
NKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research. N
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, Marketing teams, Procurement, and decision-makers. N
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and operations teams to develop compelling event concepts and proposals. N
- Prepare presentations, proposals, costing, and pitch documents. N
- Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures. N




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. N
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. N
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums to generate leads. N
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution. N
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. N
- Maintain accurate CRM records and submit regular sales reports and forecasts. N

- Bachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. N
- 3–8 years of experiencein Business Development within the Event Management, Experiential Marketing, MICE, or Advertising industry. N
