NWe're looking for professionals who have experience in:
NManaging enterprise customer relationships in IT Infrastructure setting
NProject Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Engagement
NNOC, SOC, Networking, Managed Services, Cloud, or Cyber Security domains
NDriving customer onboarding, service adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction
NConducting customer reviews, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams
NWorking with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders




NPreferred Background:

- n
- 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Success N
- Experience with System Integrators (SI) or Managed Services organizations N
- Strong understanding ofITIL, SLAs, Incident Management, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Retention N
- Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills N
