NAbout the Role
nAikaara Technologies is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise software projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing Agile software development teams, coordinating with clients, tracking project execution, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality web applications.
NThe Project Manager will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, UI/UX, and client stakeholders while managing project timelines, risks, budgets, and team productivity.
NKey Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment. N
- Work closely with US clients to gather requirements and manage expectations. N
- Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, release plans, and resource allocation. N




- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. N
- Coordinate with React, Ruby on Rails, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams. N
- Track project progress using Jira and ensure timely delivery. N
- Identify project risks,dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolutions. N
- Monitor project scope, timelines, quality, and budget. N
- Prepare weekly project status reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. N
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production releases, and post-production support. N
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile best practices, and delivery standards. N
- Drive continuous process improvement across project execution. N
