Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified parent enquiries into paid counselling appointments.




Every successful counselling booking creates an opportunity for a child to receive the right guidance.
Your success will be measured by one simple question:
Did more qualified parents choose to book a paid counselling session because of the conversations you had?

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Parent Consultation Calls

• Speak with parents who enquire about CureAble.
• Understand their concerns.
• Build trust.
• Explain the counselling process.
• Guide parents towards booking a paid counselling session.

Objection Navigation Help parents work through concerns such as:
• "We've already tried therapy."
• "It's expensive."
• "We need more time."
• "We'll discuss it with our family."
• "We are not sure yet."
Your responsibility is not to argue.
Your responsibility is to help them reach clarity.

Follow-up Management Build meaningful follow-ups.
Stay connected with parents.
Add value in every conversation.
