- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, governance, and delivery tracking across multiple projects or workstreams N
- Align business, technology, delivery, and leadership stakeholders on program goals, priorities,



milestones, and success criteria N
- Drive program governance through status reviews, steering committee meetings, executive updates, RAID tracking, and action closure N
- Manage program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, escalations, and mitigation plans proactively N
- Track delivery progress, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resource utilization, and program-level KPIs N
- Coordinate with projectmanagers, scrum masters, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and client stakeholders for smooth execution N
- Ensure adherence to delivery processes, quality standards, change management, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks N
- Prepare and present program dashboards, executive summaries, delivery reports, dependency trackers, and financial updates N
- Lead cross-functional teams, resolve blockers, improve delivery predictability, and support continuous improvement init
